ARC is opening an open call for individual music producers to join us as mentors / professors in a mentorship program for young, upcoming musicians, producers and bands!
This call is aimed at producers who are interested in sharing their artistic process, experience, and approach—while helping shape a learning environment that reflects real-world creative practice.

The Studio

The program will take place at the ARC Music Studio, a professionally equipped space designed for experimentation, collaboration, and production-based music learning.

You can read more about the studio and its setup here:  https://thearc.rs/news/the-atom-ant-arc-music-studio/

Who is this for

We are looking for experienced music producers. Prior experience mentoring young producers or musicians is welcome, but is not mandatory. What matters most is your willingness to engage, guide, and share knowledge in this field.

Mentor-Led Concept

The mentorship program is led by your concept and artistic vision, with the goal of guiding participants through the full creative journey of making a track.

Participants may enter the program with:

  • Existing demos or unfinished tracks
  • Rough sketches or ideas
  • Or only abstract concepts and directions they want to explore

Through one-on-one or small group mentorship, you will guide them in developing their ideas—from early stages all the way to a finished, polished, mixed, and mastered track. The focus is on the process: decision-making, sound development, arrangement, production workflow, and artistic intent. As a mentor, you will be directly involved in selecting the participants you work with, choosing candidates whose ideas, motivation, or potential align with your approach.

There is no fixed curriculum. You as a mentor shape your own methodology, pace, and structure, allowing participants to learn directly from how you think and work as a producer.

Technical Support

Throughout the program, a dedicated studio technician will be available at all times to assist with the exact equipment available at the studio, session setup, and technical workflow—allowing you to focus fully on mentorship and creative direction.

Professional Engagement

This mentorship role is offered as a professional collaboration, with conditions reflecting the time, experience, and contribution of the selected mentors. Further details will be shared during the selection process.
