The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Workshops program is designed to build awareness and practical understanding of automation as a tool for digital transformation across the public sector, businesses, and educational institutions. It introduces participants to how automation can improve efficiency, transparency, and service quality, while helping organizations move toward more modern, data-driven ways of working.
Through this program, participants will explore how automation technologies can reduce repetitive tasks and free up time for more meaningful, higher-value work. The workshops aim to demystify RPA, develop foundational digital literacy in process automation, and present real-world examples of how these solutions are already being successfully implemented.
A key focus of the program is responsible and ethical adoption. Participants will engage with best practices that emphasize workforce upskilling rather than job displacement, and will be supported in identifying practical opportunities to apply automation within their own organizations. The program also draws on U.S.-based models and case studies, offering insights into proven approaches to process management and digital transformation.
The workshops are based on technologies developed by UiPath, a leading automation company headquartered in the United States, and include a range of successful U.S. case studies. At the same time, the program opens space for local feedback and collaboration, creating opportunities for knowledge exchange and future partnerships.
The program runs over a four-month period, from mid-June to September 2026, and consists of eight workshops in total. These are organized as four thematic sessions, each delivered twice—once for companies and public institutions, and once for university students. Each 90-minute workshop combines presentations, practical examples, and interactive discussion, ensuring a hands-on and engaging learning experience.
The program is in Serbian.
