About the program:

In today’s business environment, managing paper documents is a significant barrier to efficiency and growth. Traditional processes, burdened by physical archiving, lead to slow flow of information, high costs and increased risk of loss or damage of key data. These challenges directly slow down decision-making and reduce overall productivity. This is why digitization of business processes related to documentation is imposed as a strategic imperative for all modern companies.

This process goes beyond simple scanning, implying a complete transformation of the way documents are created, processed and stored. Iron Mountain, as an American company, has proven “know-how” that can fundamentally improve and speed up the implementation of these solutions. By introducing advanced document management systems (DMS), immediate availability of information is achieved, and its security is significantly improved. Automating routine tasks frees up employees for more complex tasks and is key to supporting flexible work models. Through this process, companies not only reduce operating costs, but build the foundation for a more agile and competitive business. The transition to digital records management is a fundamental step towards creating a resilient, future-ready organization.

The program is planned for implementation throughout 2025, with two workshops or lectures scheduled each month. Each session will accommodate up to 20 participants, allowing for intensive collaboration on specific stages of the process. The focus will be on understanding the challenges faced by companies, identifying key issues, and developing optimal solutions. Education will play a central role, with a strong emphasis on knowledge-sharing and skill-building. To enrich the program, we intend to invite external experts from both the economic and government sectors to contribute to the workshops. We believe this approach will significantly enhance participants’ understanding of the digitization process and its practical applications.
