JCI Impact Lab: Leaders in Action is a dynamic leadership experience designed for ambitious young professionals and students in Serbia who want to grow, connect, and create real impact.
Rather than relying on theory alone, the program offers hands‑on leadership development through real‑life challenges, interactive discussions, and collaborative peer learning. Participants build essential skills such as decision‑making, communication, teamwork, and ethical leadership by actively applying them in practice.
The program is powered by JCI (Junior Chamber International)—a global network present in more than 100 countries—dedicated to developing active, engaged citizens who contribute to safer, stronger, and more prosperous communities worldwide.
Aligned with the mission of ARC, the JCI Impact Lab promotes democratic leadership values, civic engagement, entrepreneurship, and economic development, while fostering international cooperation and cross‑cultural understanding.
