About the event:

Through a hands-on conference planning simulation, participants will work in teams responsible for logistics, finance, marketing, and human resources, tackling real-world challenges and developing a complete event implementation plan. The workshop is designed to demonstrate how different organizational functions work together and why collaboration across teams is essential to the success of any project.

The workshop will be led by experienced professionals from a range of industries:

  • Dušica Urošević, Logistics Specialist at Mahle, will guide the logistics segment
  • Srđan Cvetković, Supply Chain Planner at Air Serbia, will lead the finance and budgeting segment
  • Jovana Laić, entrepreneur and business consultant, will cover marketing and communications
  • Goran Popović, Data Analyst, will focus on human resources and team organization

All facilitators are long-standing members of JCI and have extensive experience organizing conferences, training programs, humanitarian initiatives, and other large-scale projects. Drawing on practical examples and interactive activities, they will share valuable tools, insights, and best practices that participants can apply when organizing business, educational, and community events.

This event will be in Serbian language.
