About the program:

Dreaming of studying in the United States but unsure where to begin?

The International Academic Center Open Hours at the ARC is the perfect place to start. You’ll gain guidance on college advising, selecting the right academic programs, preparing for standardized tests, and developing a strong application strategy. Experts will also help you explore financial aid opportunities, understand athletic scholarship offers, and plan for your career after graduation—all designed to support prospective students on their journey to higher education in the U.S.

Annual program performed by the International Academic Center, part of the EducationUSA, network of advising and educational centers supported by the Department of Education and the State Department. Advising programs of the IAC are aimed at high school students, university students, and professionals in Serbia who are interested in continuing their education and perfecting their professional knowledge in the United States.

Information sessions, virtual and live advising, Q & A sessions, AMA time slots, in-depth analysis of the educational goals, guest speakers, online and live events with college representatives are just some of the offers for the local audience interested in U.S. education.

Topics of interest include college advising, search and selection of academic programs, standardized tests preparation, application strategy, finding financial aid for prospective students, understanding offers for athletic scholarships and career planning after education.

EducationUSA centers actively promote U.S. higher education around the world by offering accurate, comprehensive, and current information about educational institutions in the United States and guidance to qualified individuals on how best to access those opportunities. Millions of prospective students learn about U.S. study opportunities through EducationUSA centers each year.

Centers are staffed by professional advisers, many of whom have first-hand experience having studied in the United States themselves, adhere to ethical standards, abide by the policy to refrain from working with commercial recruitment agents, and/or have received State Department-approved training about U.S. higher education and the advising process.

This program will be in Serbian language.
