About the program:

Human Advantage: Communication Skills for the AI Era by Boris Popovski is a practical and forward‑thinking training program designed to equip students and young professionals with the communication and interpersonal skills that remain uniquely human—and increasingly essential—in a world shaped by rapid advances in artificial intelligence. While AI continues to automate analytical and technical tasks, the abilities that set people apart—empathy, clear communication, active listening, collaboration, and trust‑building—have become critical drivers of professional success. This program helps participants strengthen those skills through hands‑on learning, modern communication models, and real‑world practice.

Built around the H.U.M.A.N. Communication Framework, the program guides participants through the development of five key competencies: deep listening, emotional understanding, clear and persuasive expression, adaptive communication, and trust‑building. Across four structured modules delivered over an eight‑week period, participants will explore the fundamentals of communication in the AI age, learn how to listen actively and empathically, practice expressing ideas with clarity and confidence, and develop the interpersonal skills required for leadership, collaboration, and professional relationship‑building.

Each session combines focused instruction with interactive exercises, discussions, and communication simulations that allow participants to apply new concepts immediately. Between modules, participants are encouraged to reflect on and practice the skills introduced in class, making the learning process continuous and immersive. The program places strong emphasis on practical development, helping young professionals strengthen their ability to navigate workplace conversations, present ideas persuasively, give and receive feedback constructively, and engage in meaningful dialogue with colleagues, partners, and leaders.

This training also supports broader professional growth by strengthening competencies that align with U.S. leadership, innovation, and collaboration standards. By developing high‑value communication skills, participants become better equipped to engage in international teamwork, work with American organizations and partners, and thrive in modern, globally connected environments.

At the end of the program, participants will demonstrate measurable improvement in their communication confidence and abilities, supported by self‑assessment tools, facilitator feedback, and a final practical exercise. The end goal is to prepare a new generation of professionals who communicate with clarity, empathy, and confidence—skills that remain essential regardless of how technologies evolve.

The program is beginner‑friendly, interactive, and designed for young people eager to strengthen their communication abilities in a professional and supportive setting.

This program will be in Serbian language.
