About the program:

From Startup to Sustainable Business is a hands-on classroom program designed to guide early-stage founders through the critical transition from a validated idea to a structured, scalable business.

Building on the foundations of the From Idea to Action program, this next-phase course is conceptualized as a practical, step-by-step journey through the core elements of building a sustainable company. Over four weeks, participants take part in eight carefully designed sessions that combine concise, framework-driven inputs with applied workshop work, ensuring that every concept is immediately translated into progress on their own startup.

The program follows a clear developmental logic: starting with product–market fit and customer definition, participants move through sales and negotiation, marketing strategy, team structure, and financial planning, before advancing to funding readiness and long-term growth. Each session builds on the previous one, gradually helping participants connect individual business components into a coherent and actionable system.

A key focus of the program is its output-driven approach. Rather than passively learning, participants actively develop their own business throughout the process testing assumptions, making strategic decisions, and refining their ideas in real time. By the end of the program, each participant produces a comprehensive Business Growth Plan, including a defined market position, sales strategy, marketing approach, financial model, and multi-year growth roadmap.

The methodology is grounded in contemporary startup practices, particularly those used in the U.S. innovation ecosystem, and emphasizes clarity, scalability, and real-world application. The program is designed not only to strengthen individual ventures, but also to equip participants with transferable frameworks they can apply beyond a single idea or project.
