Participants will explore what makes an idea valuable, learn to apply Lean Startup methodology, and practice developing business models using Business Model Canvas. They also gain experience in market validation through low‑cost testing, simulate minimum viable products, and engage in team‑building exercises to understand leadership dynamics. In addition, the program covers essential entrepreneurial skills such as financial literacy, marketing strategies, and customer acquisition. Participants create prototype landing pages, prepare pitches, and present their ideas in a final demo day, receiving constructive feedback from peers and mentors. This hands‑on approach ensures that each team develops at least one validated business model and builds confidence in presenting their ideas.
