The Design Thinking program is structured as an intensive four-week experience aimed at building practical innovation skills. It includes five sessions, each lasting 110 minutes (50 minutes of topic introduction, a 10-minute break, and 50 minutes of interactive presentations featuring real-world examples of good and bad practices, major challenges, and practical solutions). Each week focuses on one core theme, moving through the stages of Design Thinking:
Week 1 introduces the concept and emphasizes empathy, exploring how to uncover user problems and define needs through hands-on workshops.
Week 2 centers on problem definition, applying frameworks like the 5W method and user interviews to reframe challenges effectively.
Week 3 dives into ideation techniques such as Crazy 8, “What if” scenarios, and analogous inspiration to push creative boundaries and combine market trends.
Week 4 covers prototyping and testing, guiding participants on making ideas tangible, selecting what to prototype, and conducting user tests to gather feedback and make informed decisions. The program’s goal is to equip participants with actionable tools and methodologies to generate innovative solutions, foster collaboration, and apply Design Thinking principles to real-world challenges.
This program will be in Serbian language.
