On Tuesday, October 14, 2025, the American Resource Center (ARC), in collaboration with Iron Mountain, hosted the second workshop in their joint series. Twenty participants had the opportunity to explore interactive content under the theme “Jump to Digital”, learning more about the digitalization of business processes and the next steps in the evolution of modern documentation.

The goal of the workshop was to demystify the complex yet essential process of transitioning from paper-based to digital operations through examples of best practices and open discussion. Participants were introduced to key legal frameworks as well as practical tools designed to support their everyday work.

The atmosphere was highly dynamic, with active participation and lively exchange of experiences. Attendees emphasized the value of concrete examples, clear guidelines, and the quality of both the instruction and communication with the lecturers.

Representatives from various companies took part in the session and praised the relevance of the topic and the professional delivery, highlighting that the content was well aligned with the real needs of today’s businesses.

Due to high interest, additional workshops have already been announced, focusing on more advanced topics in digital transformation and secure document management.
